Present Evaluation Of Water Resources And Trend Analysis Of Water Supply And Demand In Gansu Province

Gansu water resources shortage is the most serious restrictive factor during the economic society develops. In front of the history new opportunity of " big development in western region" strategy and In leading of the water resources developing strategy in China, for sake of and provide science basis for the important economy decision and formulate planning in China and Gansu province , it seems to be very necessary to research and solution the main problem of water in Gansu, to establish the water resources developing strategy of the province, to guide the work of water resources of the whole province.The research adopts a series hydrology data, the average water resources total quantity in many year of Gansu province and its distribution at time and spatial are found out by calculation. The water resources developments present condition of two scale area in river valley and administration in Gansu province are evaluated by analysis.Combining with the time sequence method, the variety regulation of every river valley water resources are researched.By adopting the use-water target model technique, the water requires of social economic each section of whole province in the near period (2010), the middle period (2020), the long-term(2030) are predicted, and the point distributes region of demandingly are analysised. Passing supply and demand equilibrium analyze of the high and low save-water scheme, the point water shortage region are putted forward.By basing the theory and thought of sustanable development, the sustanable development strategy of water resources are achieved in order to support the development of social economy in Gansu province.Finally,the guarantee measure and strategy countermeasure of Gansu water resources sustainable use are suggested completely.
