Aircraft battery is an important part of aircraft power supply and distribution system, which plays an important role in the use for aircraft starting, communication, lighting, navigation and emergencies. According to the requirements of Airworthiness, aircraft battery must be regularly carried out capacity test and maintenance work. The performance of the aircraft battery charging&discharging analyzer has a direct influence on the electrical properties and service life of the battery. In recent years, the design of intelligent charging&discharging equipments has become one of the most popular research topics.According to the needs of aircraft battery regular maintenance, this paper studies aircraft battery charging and capacity test methods, and designs the main circuit of the power electronics which consists of charging and discharging function. It also successfully devises a charging&discharging analyzer based on DSP controller. The analyzer uses the current closed-loop feedback control system achieves the constant current of two-phase charging and discharging of capacity test successfully. Using the modern power electronics technology, This paper designs a high-frequency power conversion circuit which can effectively reduces the size and weight of the analyzer and improves the efficiency of the system. This paper designs a signal processing and sampling circuit which achieves the test of single cell voltage and the current of charging and discharging to improve the accuracy of the sampling. It also develops a control system with DSP as microprocessor, using this microprocessor, it can not only realize the intellectual charging and discharging function, but also achieves the intuitive display of data and flexible operation of the analyzer interface which communicate with microprocessor through URAT port. This analyzer also has the function of print and storage through USB of the data, so the users can easily record and save the data.It has been proved that the analyzer is easy to handle and it is also functional and has high reliability. It is of high practical value and worth popularizing significance in aircraft battery maintenance work.
