| In this paper, the 3D nonlinear FEM static analysis of Concrete Faced Rockfill Dam (CFRD) was performed based on analyzing the constitutive models of rockfill and the principles of nonlinear FEM comprehensively. And based on the principles of nonlinear FEM comprehensively,some types of factors and regularity was studied on the separation of deck from cushion. The main contents are listed as following:1. The theoretical and practical analysis on the constitutive models of the 3D nonlinear FEM was performed. The Duncan E-B model, Goodman Unit between skin plating and bedding cushion , join element was applied in the stress-strain analysis of CFRD.2. The practical engineering project was analyzed by the 3D nonlinear FEM, and the valuable conclusions were approached.3. Arrangementing calculations of the 3D nonlinear FEM ,some types of factors (the height of skin plating, materials of rockfilled and bedding cushion , the course of impound)was calculated .The regularities were approached.4. The possible reasons on separation of deck from cushion were analysed .And the remedial measures were extractioned from generalizing experiences.5. The further research work expected on this research project was mentioned. |
