| Geographical Information System is an edge science .It concludes that computer science, geography, survey and map science, environment science, space science and management science. It uses computer to proceed a series of operation and analysis in space, and provides the useful information of programming management and policy. Although GIS has the different definition in the different fields, its core is computer science and the basic technique is database, map in sight and space analysis. So GIS can defines that it is a system of handling the geography data's input, output, management, searching, analysis and supporting to make policy.In recent years, along with development of village wire net's building and reform, the circuit equipments increase consumedly. At the same time the homologous diagram papers, files and information become more miscellaneous and complicacy. Using the traditional way to manage them can't satisfy the request of direct perception, full-view, real time and synthesis. And the wire net that regards GIS as platform is its direction of development.This paper mainly discusses that the application of distribution management system GIS(DMS GIS) in the Agriculture electricity. The DMS EMS is to build DMS visualization application system in the platform of geography information. It can offer a tiny model of real DMS to manager in order to manage it in the visual background.
