This paper regards ultra-audio frequency induction heating power supply as the research object. Firstly, the basic principle and development trend of induction heating technology are briefly introduced. After analyzed and compared the basic principals of the resonant tank and the two main topologies in detail, the series resonant type main circuit is adopted. The main circuit is composed of uncontrolled rectifier and the single-phase bridge inverter using MOSFET. Secondly, the paper puts forward a method of implementing Software Phase-Locked Loop (SPLL) based on DSP. according to the mathematics model of Phase-Locked Loop (PLL).By analyzing and comparing with the various ways of power regulated for induction heating power supply, the phase-shifted PWM is chosen to regulate the system power in this paper. Then, the paper carries out the digitization of phase-shifted angle between leading arms and lagged arms, by utilizing master-slave DSP device and implementing the auxiliary logical circuit.Subsequently, the control platform based on TMS320F2407 as central hardware is constructed. Experiments show that the Software Phase -Locked Loop based on DSP can fulfill the requirement of frequency-tracking task at the range of ultra-audio frequency. Inaddition, this paper also provides the design scheme based on DSP and supplies the experimental result.
