The normal water level that greatly influences the scale of the project is the important character value in hydroelectric project. Based on the research of index and weight, this paper developed a model for computer comprehensive evaluation of the normal water level.Firstly the index system is formed by conducting the factor about normal water level, fuzzy clustering and grey connection. The weight of each index is calculated through improved analytic hierarchy process (IAHP), accelerating genetic algorithm (AGA) and extremum stat method .The combined weights of evaluation indexes can be gained through integrating the three aspects of weight.Secondly the value of comprehensive evaluation about each index is counted by the method of fuzzy evaluation with seven distinctions according as the combination of leniency and strictness. Comprehensive evaluation of the project is extracted by fuzzy average with weight. The plot of comprehensive evaluation is gained when the weights vary.Lastly by C++ Builder and Matlab development toll the selection of index ,the input of index , the input of weight and the result of comprehensive evaluation are accomplish in the model for compute comprehensive evaluation about normal water level. |
