With the development of information technology and the advancement of management concepts,China's construction industry has gradually entered a period of refined management,and accurately predicting and controlling costs have become a key task for construction companies.BIM-based quantity take-off can effectively solve the problems of traditional calculations such as missed calculations,incorrect calculations,low efficiency,data loss and repeated modeling,and provides a reliable basis for cost prediction and control.However,at present,BIM calculation systems of domestic construction projects do not fully realize their high efficiency and accuracy,problems such as difficult reuse of design information,information accumulation and sharing are still existing.One of the reasons is the lack of a scientific method of comprehensive evaluation of BIM-based quantity take-off,and the function of system is different.Therefore,it is very important to study the comprehensive evaluation of BIM calculation system in domestic construction engineering.Based on the functional requirements analysis of the BIM calculation system,the thesis establishes the evaluation index system of the BIM calculation system for domestic construction projects.Through the analysis of the indicators that hinder the application effect of the BIM calculation system,the effectiveness of the system is verified by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and a case study.In order to fully realize the value of the BIM calculation system,the thesis carried out the following work.First of all,through in-depth study of the comprehensive evaluation theory,the method of constructing the index system of the BIM calculation system,the evaluation index screening method,and the comprehensive evaluation method are determined.Secondly,the BIM and engineering calculation theory are studied,the functional requirements of the BIM calculation system are analyzed combined with the development history of the 3D modeling technology.The BIM calculation system evaluation index system is established by a combination of literature research,target decomposition and expert investigation.Thirdly,based on the functional requirements and comprehensive evaluation theory of BIM calculation system,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of BIM calculation system is established.Using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each evaluation index,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the BIM calculation system in domestic is performed,and the indicators that hinder the application of the BIM calculation system are analyzed.Finally,using an engineering project as an example to verify the effectiveness of the BIM calculation system fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,and put forward suggestions for improvement of the BIM calculation system.The establishment of BIM calculation system evaluation index system and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is beneficial to the user's comprehensive evaluation of the BIM calculation system and provides reference and suggestions for the selection and improvement of the BIM calculation system.
