Research On The Ecological Water Utilization & The Assessment Of Water Utilization Level

Facing the problem of water utilization and water utilization level assessment in China, this paper make a suggestion: industrial water utilization, agricultural water utilization, living water utilization and nature environment water utilization should be included in ecological water utilization .The paper researched the notion of the ecological water utilization definition, ecological water utilization quantity estimate, water utilization level assessment analysis, water utilization level assessment indexes definition and estimating method and comprehensive evaluation model.Summarizing the notion of ecological water utilization of references in China and others, analysising the notion of the ecological water utilization, the ecological water consumption, the ecological water demand, environment water demand, then the paper raises the notin of ecological water utilization: the notin of ecological water utilization is the quantity of water that is used in the processes of the nature ecological protection and the man-made ecological construction, considering the condition of the precipitation and protecting ecosystem specially designated structure, ecological process and ecosystem service function goal.Based on the elaborating and analysising the quantity of ecological water utilization estimate method of river and lake,wetland,natural living beings, cities and village, a conclusion is drawed that applicable methods are for areas.When evaluated ecological water utilization level, industrial, agricultural and living water utilization and nature water utilization should be included. The system of ecological water utilization level assessment is complex structure. A model about fuzzy comprehensive evaluation including determined the nanture and fixed quantity indexs is set. Give an irrigation area whose water mainly is from Yellow River example from taohuayu to the river mouth. Though its formation is not too enough, it is suited with this paperb's ecological water utilization definition,and by means of comparing with the outcome getting by grey relation theory comprehensive assessment model on ecological water utilization level, conclusion drawing by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is capable.At last, combing the theory and example research results, the conclusion and the questions need to be studied deeply is presented.
