These days when sensor & automatic test technology, automatic control technology, computer technology have been developing quickly, measure-control system, as the core of concrete-mixing-station, is demanded increasingly in the aspects of precise measurement, reliable control, convenient management and so on while users' requirements are varying from emphasizing mainly on reducing the intensity of labor and improving the throughput of concrete in the past to running on the safe side, handling expediently and enhancing the quality of concrete etc. in practice.Aiming at the measuring error which influences the quality of concrete, the risk of reliability resulting from computer-centralized control and the deficiency of managing functions which exist in concrete-mixing-station presently, this paper starts to research and design. At first, it gives a comprehensive introduction about the development and the producing flow of concrete-mixing-station, the home and overseas status qua of its measure-control system etc. while giving a ANN-&-DCS-based design of its measure-control system as a whole. Then, this paper, after analyzing the shortage of BP neural networks in convergence, betters it by combining with the orthogonal-crossover-operator-based GA. With that, the researches into compensating the static nonlinear error and the dynamic hysteretic error in the measuring results follow the analysis, choice and design of the weighing system. At last, the PLC system is designed according to the producing flow of the concrete-mixing-station while interfaces of the production management, burden management, report form and so forth are designed through iFix3.0, a kind of configuration software.By dint of the emulating of BP neural networks in error compensation in Matlab and the researches and designs of the whole measure-control system, it shows that the abilities of the concrete-mixing-station in precise measurement, reliable control and convenient management are enhanced efficiently.
