With the improvement of science technology and modern civilization, people pay more attention on taking medicine scientifically and rationally. So it is key to control the dosage of each medicine in the production. At present the forms of medicine are tablets, pills and capsules etc, of which capsules are the most popular. The conventional capsule productions make use of the capsule filling machines, which fill the medicine materials in the capsules. The amount of filling is controlled by adjusting the volume of medicine materials through the measure pole. Then the output capsules maybe variable in quantity because of the variable density of medicine. This will affect the quality and the curative effect of products.The electronic tiny online weighing and inspecting technology proposed by the project in this paper is a kind of technology that is applied to the dynamic and fast weighing in the product line. The system with this technology can weigh the output capsules in turn and eliminate the rejects, and make a statistical analysis. Consequently the statistical result will reflect the effect of capsule filling, then we can adjust the filling machines on demand. For equipment to check the medicine online, the technology is one of main methods to improve the quality of product of pharmaceutical enterprises and the guarantee for our pharmaceutical enterprises to be qualified with GMP successfully.The content of this dissertation includes four parts as follow, The first is the research and design of system functions and realizing plans. The mechanical structure of this system is designed with the mechanical, electrical and pneumatic methods. The overall control of system is designed to be played by computer. For instances of starting the machine, coordinating the work of functional unit, processing the inspecting data, storing the data etc. The second is the extra design of weighing sensor(load cell), which is the key technology this dissertation talks about. The writer makes a model for the weighing process in the system to study the dynamic performance of sensor, then put forward a method improving the efficiency of weighing that bases on the NNT theory and PID auto-adapting control technology. With this methodwe can enhance the weighing efficient and makes system meet the requirement of quick weighing. The third is the research about the realizing the weighing sensor compensation with the single chip. This mainly includes how to choose the electrical components and design the circuit of interfaces between them. The fourth is the software design of the whole system. This mainly includes the program design of single chip compensation, data communication and upper PC controls.Through the software simulation and hardware design and realizing, it shows that the method mentioned in the paper practically improves the performance of online tiny weighing system, meets the requirement of high speed and precision.
