There is crucial status and operation for reducer product in national economy. It is applied extensively to many fields, for example, mechanism of engineering, robot, autocontrol etc. The development of computer technology promotes diversification of mechanical gearing. An enterprise must continually keep their products innovative if it wants to succeed in furious market competition. The technology of CAD/CAM is the key of realizing innovation, and the technology of CAE is the most dominating techno-guaranty for realizing innovative design. Along with the rapid development of computer technology, it takes on important realistic significance how to combine product design with 3D simulating system for reaching marketable demand of high efficiency, low cost and automatization in manufacturing.This article realizes 3D parameterized modeling with the software SolidWorks,then uses CAE software------Cosmos Works and ANSYS to analyse the performanceof reducer based on theory of feature modeling and structural FEA. One kind of helical bevel gear reducer is regarded as the researched object, the 3D models of its components are built up with the software SolidWorks realizing 3D parameterized modeling, and then the 3D assembly models are built up according to related assembling character. Both these models are preparing for structure FEA models. With the FEA software ANSYS, Finite Element Analysis for key accessories are processed to study their characteristic of dynamical response. Finally, A method is put forward to develop ANSYS with specialization for reducer product by combining APDL with UIDL in order to solidify FEA pattern of one kind of part.The method of 3D parameterized modeling and Finite Element Analysis has theoretically meaning and practically valuable for design and performance simulation of complex mechanical system. |
