In the research of the subject,we use a common single-stage helical gear reducer of ZD-type for the study, doing analysis to the inherent characteristics of the helical gear reducer with finite element method;doing kinetic analysis to the gear transmission system of the reducer with virtual prototyping technology,and get the inherent characteristics and dynamic characteristics of the reducer.Based on the analysis of theory and the study of the gears system,making optimal design to the reduces parameters of dynamic structure,and achieve the target of reducing the vibration of the gear transmission.The main contents of this paper are:1,Creating the model of the reducer including the box,gears,shafts and other parts with the 3D modeling software Pro/E.And make pre-treatment to the reducer with the finite element analysis software ANSYS,geting the finite element model of the reducer.2,Based on the theory of modal, doing analysis to the inherent characteristics of the ruducer with the finite element analysis software,making analysis of the reducer in free mode, and get the former 10 bands mode shapes and natural frequencies of the reducer.3,Based on the theory of multi-body system dynamics,doing analysis to the inherent characteristics of the system;making crash simulation to the gear transmission system of the reducer with virtual prototyping technology.Based on the theory of Hertz,making dynamic performance simulation of the gear transmission system at work in ADAMS.4,Exploring the reason that causes vibration of the reducer. We make optimal design to the reduces parameters of dynamic structure beginning with critical speed,and achieve the target of reducing the vibration and noise of the reducer.Then making analysis to the dynamic characteristics of gear transmission system that has been optimized.
