| People more like to pursue life of good quality along with the development and improvement of technology. And that noise is a potential factor of being harming to healthiness. So noise is one important aspect when car factories and car-drivers choose tyre. High-powered&low-noise tyre are superority to others in tyre industry. Moreover, one of important aspect that decrease tyre export, is tyre noise. Along with the development of global economy, especial domestic economy, quantity of demanded-car is taking on unceasing climbing. Of course, low-noise tyre is same to car.In order to perfect TNS software and ODS software, identification system of tyre tread patterns' structure parameters,is designede. This system is made up of : identification of pattern block, identification of pattern slot, identification of pattern misplacement, identification of number & width of pattern strip, identification of periodicity, identification of pitch array, etc.In this paper, starting from classifying and structure parameters' concept of tyre, information of structure parameters is identified. Firstly, matrix A is attained from dealing with the tread patterns scanned into computer. Then, compress matrix A into matrix B. two important tread patterns structure parameters: periodicity&stripes sort order, are differentiated and analysed by operating with matrix B. In this paper, designing reference and analysing means are provided in order to design new low noise tyre.Information of patterns structure parameters is gained by the way of identifying excellent low-noise tyre. New tyre are designed through using for reference of the information. In this way, we shorten designing-time, save manpower and material resources, obtain practical project value.Meanwhile, in order to make a furthermore reseach about how high-speed car engender tyre noies, the effect of forward slot and backward slot in the tread pattern noise is analysed on the basis of the study of the tread pattern slot's direction from the point of view of dynamics.Then two achievement are obtained: the model of how tread patterns engender noise and the formula of noise pressure. At the same time, grabbing force & draining capability of tire is investigated : For example,β1= 45(?) . β2=135(?) the differentia between forward slot and backward slot in the tread pattern noise is simulated。... |
