Research On System Integration Technology Of Building Automation

Intelligent builidings is an inevitable product of information epoch.It is a ingenious integration of high-tech and modern buildings, and will be an important development direction of buildings modernization.Building automation system is an important section of intelligent buildings. System integration of building automation is physical,logical and functional connection of all the subsystems in building,which is used to realize information synthesis and resource sharing.By this means,function and performance of building automation system will be enhanced essentially.In the paper,an integration solution based on open standards technonlogy of building automation system was raised,considering that there were so many subsystems and devices using their respective private protocol,which brought great trouble to system integration.By analyzing the performance and characteristic of LonWorks and BACnet, some patterns of network interlinkage of them were given.At the same time,OPC Data Access Standard was introduced,and an application model based on the standard was built in building automation system.The design methods of OPC server and OPC client were given. As an example of application, a serial device OPC server was developed.It's performance and interoperatablity were demonstrated,and the testing result was favorable as expected.At last, system integration of building automation was realized in University Town of Shenzhen by using LonWorks,OPC and the like integration technology and EBI software of Honeywell corp synthetically.The system has been running,and the effect is favorable.
