Hybrid Electric Vehicle becomes one of available ways to solve the problems of energy sources' lack and pollution of environment. This paper takes the SQR-HEV as the object. Firstly, the parameters of each component are selected according to the preparatory scheme of SQR-HEV and the mathematics models of engine, motor and battery etc. are established. Then, aiming at the control target and technology index of SQR-HEV, this paper brings forward the power distribution strategy on the base of road circs; the logic switch control and ICE optimization curve control strategy are presented based on the ADVISOR software. The simulation results of two control strategy are compared then. In succession, the fuzzy logic control model— FIS is founded according to the object considering the minimum fuel consumption and the battery SOC; the results reveal that fuzzy control strategy has the favorable rudeness. At last, the design variables of logic switch control strategy and membership functions of fuzzy logic control are optimized by the FMINCON optimization software and adaptive neural-fuzzy technology respectively.
