The spring operating mechanism has been widely used in vacuum circuit breakers,and it has important practical significance for theoretical analysis,optimization design and motion characteristics research.This paper takes the modular spring operating mechanism of Xiamen ISEE Electric Co.,Ltd.as the object,conducts theoretical research on the mechanism,and also carries out simulation analysis and test test on the vacuum circuit breaker mechanism,and finally realizes the optimization of the output of the original operating mechanism.The research route of this paper is as follows(1)Use Solidworks to establish a modular spring operating mechanism model of the vacuum circuit breaker,and some adjustments to the partial structure of the original operating mechanism.Before using the dynamic software to simulate the mechanism,the principle analysis of the modular spring operating mechanism of the medium voltage vacuum circuit breaker is carried out,and the work of the energy storage mechanism,the closing linkage mechanism and the opening linkage mechanism of the spring operating mechanism is introduced in detail principle(2)Simplify the model of the modular spring operating mechanism,make a schematic diagram of the plane and perform geometric analysis on the main transmission mechanism of the vacuum circuit breaker closing process,and derive the function relationship between the cam angle and the energy storage spring force value and the energy storage shaft torque.Calculate the output torque and load torque of the main shaft to obtain the output characteristics and load characteristic curves of the mechanism model.By using the one-to-one correspondence between the cam angle and the corner of the follower,the gear ratio,contact stroke and equivalent mass of the mechanism are derived according to the geometry of the four links.Select the appropriate mechanical efficiency and use the kinetic energy theorem to calculate the closing speed of the vacuum circuit breaker.(3)The modular spring operating mechanism model is simplified and then imported into the dynamics software for simulation analysis.The stroke curve and speed characteristic curve of the moving contact of the closing and closing process are obtained,and the combined closing speed of the simulation is calculated according to the curve.The output of the mechanism has a great influence on the mechanical characteristics of the vacuum circuit breaker.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the factors affecting the output characteristics.This paper mainly explores the three aspects of the preloading force of the energy storage spring,the stiffness of the energy storage spring and the cam profile curve.Perform finite element analysis on some parts of the spring operating mechanism to make modal neutral files of the corresponding parts.The rigid body model in the dynamic software is replaced by flexible body,and the rigid-flexible coupling stress simulation analysis is carried out in the dynamic simulation software.The stress cloud,stress hotspot and stress curve of the part are obtained by simulation,and then the stress simulation results are obtained.Structural optimization of individual weak parts.(4)Assemble the test prototype,performing mechanical characteristic test,electrical performance test and life test on the test sample,observing the performance state of the equipment,measuring the mechanical characteristics of the circuit breaker mechanism every 1000 life test,observing the wear condition of individual parts of the equipment,collecting Experimental data.In this paper,the modular spring operating mechanism is analyzed from the perspectives of theory,simulation and experiment.The theoretical calculation results,simulation results and experimental results are compared to verify the feasibility of theoretical analysis.The design and development of the organization provides a reference.
