Combining the example of the "process approach" which had been implemented at a certain at a certain construction item, the article discuss the control about construction project quality.Firstly, in view of quality management to develop, the necessity and feasibility is led into for using the "process approach" to control the construction project quality. Fellow with methods and process about quality control to construction project, have the affect factor "4M1E" to quality to be influenced, factor influenced quality variation , seven kinds of means and tools of mathematical statistics to control quality and the rules of managing. After that, a detailed description about practical methods of the control to this construction item is given. Fuzzy mathematics is used to evaluation impressions quality and construction project quality of net-frame and fuzzy quality control methods and building up enterprise's quality management systems and reform.Thirdly, it introduce quality management work and quality process control method executed with PDCA circulation applied at a certain construction item in detail, and it discuss detailed control method of input, do, output of construction project quality process control. It analyses and computes the data of this building construction with fuzzy quality control, analyses and evaluate the effect of quality control.Finally, the author draw a conclusion: carry out deeply internal supervise and summarize and improve continually; put into effect the ISO9000: 2001 standard conscientiously; carry out the activities of evaluation and acceptance to the project, etc.
