The Ethical Questions And Countermeasures Research In Universe Development

Aerospace technology is a kind of comprehensive high and new technology to conquer the universe for the mankind. Exhaustion of resources, deterioration of environment and explosion of population, nowadays are the three global problems that the mankind faces. Aerospace technology maybe becomes the most important means to solve the above-mentioned problems. To develop the space solar energy and helium-3 on the moon can alleviate the energy crisis greatly; to set up the global observation satellite system can make the mankind realize the changing law of the global environment, thus find the feasible countermeasure. The population that the earth can hold is limited (8 billion- 11 billion). The mankind will propose to expand the surviving place to the outer space sooner or later. It has been proved that the development and application of the aerospace technology have expanded the activity space positively for the mankind, and offered the powerful tool to develop and utilize the earth resources and universe resources for the mankind to. It has greatly pushed the human civilization progresses and social development in all aspects. But there are many new ethical problems put forward at the same time. For example, the question to militarizes the cosmic space; the question to colonize the cosmic space; the problem of space pollution, etc. I think, we shouldn't let the universe go the old way of the Earth: pollute first, then to manage? With the accelerating development action of universe, we should make rules and regulations to develop and utilize universal resources reasonably in time, so that we can use them to limit and restrain the groups who attempt to abuse universal resources. Of course, the establishment of the rules and regulations should go on under the guidance of ethics. It is time to research the universal ethics.In this thesis, the author affirms that the activities of space flight have brought many benefits to people through analyzing the development conditions of the aerospace technology and the status people use it. However, the author points out that the activities of aerospace have put forward the new ethic problems to the human being. The aim the author providing the universal ethicsis to solve these emerged questions during the activities of aerospace. In allusion to the specialty of space flight, the author puts forward four major basic principles of universal ethics: 1.unity principle. The universe is an organic whole with numerous levels and types, and human's activity and happiness should be related to all other celestial bodies. 2.equal principle. The human are not the center of the universal ethics system, and they are in equal status with other observed objects. 3.the principle of safeguarding the balance of natural system. The premise of the space flight activity is that the mankind should not destroy the function of the natural system and maintain natural system. 4.the principle of sustainable utilization to resource. The observance and implement of these principles mainly depend on groups, such as scientist, scientific community and country, etc. In the practice of the space flight activity, it embodies that: under the guidance of universal ethics, the actions should be adjusted, the benefits of the aerospace should be distributed justly, and the trash should be dealed with carefully, etc. There will have a great academic and realistic meaning to the development of aerospace technology, the health of mankind's activity in aerospace, the progress and perfection of the human ethics.
