The tester for separate automobile clutch bearing is a new type of specialized one devised to meet the rapid development of the automobile industry, which has excellent simulation performance, an abundance of control functions and high testing precision. Because of the advanced configuration, fine machining precision and high elements reliability, the tester can ensure the credibility and stability of bearing test. Computer-control is utilized and working parameters of bearings, such as load, displacement, speed, clutch frequency, temperature and so on can be simulated in the tester. There are many functions, automatically monitoring the testing parameters and printing test date recorded, automatically alarming and stopping running. The requirement of the comprehensive functions is met by the integration of mechanical, electronical and hydraulic techniques in the tester. After a trial of over 100 million releases testing, it has been proven that the tester have fine performance and can meet the requirement of domestic manufacturer for simulating testing of clutch release bearing, and is worth popularizing for further applications.
