| The method which to record the reading numbers of power-meter manually cannot meet to the need of nowadays automatic electric power management system. Some new auto-record power meter system have been presented, as one of them, the Remote Power-Line Carrier Automatic Record System is a hopeful solution.The first part of this paper presents and discusses several communicate technologies which can be used in this system, in which, the main part is the discussion of spread spectrum technology.In the next chapter, the whole system's structure and each hardware have been presented. This system is a tree-topological structure and layering system. This system is a modularization system, which is consisted of several function modules. The hardware-chapter introduces every hardware modules' design idea and electrocircuit principles. In this chapter the introduction of the important components are included, too. At the end of this chapter, all of the electrocircuit schematics are listed.As a modularization system's firmware, the programs are modularization, too. In firmware-chapter, the communication protocols and the functions of each program modules are introduced detailedly.This paper discusses the technology applied in PLC field and the related hardware and software designing. This paper presents a reliable application which includes PLC & 485 technology.
