This paper pointed out existing major problems of measurement, control and optimization of bin feeder and direct ball mill pulverizing system. The dynamic ball mill pulverizing system model was also presented in this thesis. Then software and hardware were designed for the test system. Intelligent scheme based on experiments was put forward in order to improve economical efficiency and meet the safety requirement. The following main parts were included in this paper. 1, it introduced the current pulverizing system and its instrument and control system. 2, adjustment and analysis on pulverizing system was presented. 3, a dynamical mathematical model was given, moreover intelligent sensor, control and optimization scheme was put forward. 4, the theory, platform and data analysis were discussed in order to find the relation between vibration signal of ball mill and coal load, ball distribution ratio. 5, software design of monitoring system for experiment was introduced in detail, which has been put into real time operation. 6, this paper discussed the whole project, including measurement, control and optimization . During this research, detail test and analysis proved that vibration signal of ball mill can represent coal level of the ball mill and steel balls distribution. The test result could help to resolve a main problem of ball mill load measurement. The intelligent scheme for pulverizing system which was based on multi-sensors fusion technique as well as the intelligent control method was given in the thesis.
