The Study Of Urban Healthy Residential Environment Structure And Evaluation Index

Healthy and living quality is the core of developing sustainable residential district. Healthy is the main content of sustainable development and Healthy design may be a new method of sustainable design. The SARS that break out in 2003 makes people realize the importance of "healthy". To advance the progress and efficiency healthy residential environment projection of our country, researches, understanding and application of healthy design of residential environment become more and more necessary.In this dissertation it makes some practical sense to apply healthy design in residential environment which is the closest to human life. At the first, according to the healthy problem that appears in urban residential environment construction of china, the author put forward healthy design, the new method of residential environment sustainable design, explained the meaning of residential environment and healthy design, and based on the residential healthy overseas theory raise the theory of urban healthy residential environment structure. And then, use this as a foundation, the paper construct a series of evaluation index system of urban healthy residential environment according the principle of practical, holistic, operable, precise, human-oriented, up to date ,and flexible. In this series, two evaluation methods are used: the actual construction level and public satisfaction level. They give feasible operation according to further practice. At the same time, analyses on typical case of jindixiangmi hill in Shenzhen give some explain and supplements to the theory. Lastly, according typical problems that exist in residential circumstance nowadays, some measures are discussed to some measures are discussed to improve the residential environment, which makes the research of this paper have the values of academic and applied. These methods not only provide decision gist to early design but also bring up concrete policies to better existing residential district. They can be the evaluation basis after the construction of settlement, and also can be references to urban plan and manage department, real estate developer and operator. In some sense, the research of this paper is a theory frame and a reference gist, not a steady standard. The final aim is to realize the real healthy life of people, to reduce the bad effect which has been known to the minimum, to build a healthy residential environment. I wish my research can provide some useful exploration and finally help to realize the healthy residential environment projection and the target aim of sustainable development.
