Study On Healthy City Evaluation Indexsystem

The rapid development of urbanization has made people's material living standards continue to improve,and there are also a series of "urban diseases" that threaten the urban residents' health.Healthy city can effectively solve the dual challenges facing the health of the city and its residents.China is now facing a critical stage of urbanization transformation."Healthy China" is the theme of China's urban development,and one of its priorities is to promote the construction of healthy cities.However,at present,the concept of healthy city has not formed a clear unified definition.On the other hand,the relevant index system of urban development evaluation has not covered all contents of the connotation of healthy city.Therefore,the in-depth analysis of the connotation of healthy city and a set of appropriate index system are conducive to the improvement of the healthy city theory,the effective evaluation of urban development and the reference for the planning,construction and management decision-making of healthy city.First of all,this paper reviewed the relevant theories and health determinants of healthy cities.Based on population health and urban health,this paper proposed a new concept: A healthy city should be a city that achieves human health and well-being through the interaction and organic integration of a healthy urban environmental system,a healthy urban economic system,and a healthy urban social system.Then,this paper combined the connotation of healthy city,referred to various index systems of social organizations or government agencies at home and abroad and literature research,and combined with the expert consultation method to build a healthy city evaluation index system.In view of the urban healthy development needs to consider the constraint conditions,this paper constructed the constraint indicators and the guiding indicators.Then,on the basis of the healthy city evaluation index system,this paper established the healthy city comprehensive evaluation model by combining the fuzzy selection entropy weight of the concept of urban health with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.Finally,taking the provincial capital cities of China as an example,this paper used the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model constructed to comprehensively analyze the healthy development degree of 30 provincial capital cities in environmental,economic,social and overall state in 2016.Only Guangzhou and Fuzhou are in the healthier state.most capital cities are in the sub-health state.Every aspect of the urban system has its shortcomings in many cities.So This paper analyzes the constraints that affect the healthy development of capital cities,and put forward suggestions to improve the healthy development level of provincial capitals from three aspects: environment,economy and society.
