| Main transformer of electric locomotive is a kind of single-phase step down transformer which declines the high voltage on the electrification railroad contact net to low voltage having various electric voltages, for the need of various electric machines' and electric equipments' work in locomotive. Cooling system is an important configuration in main transformer of locomotive. Its normal work is the guarantee to the safe operation of the traction transformer, and even the whole electric locomotive. The testing to the cooling system is the last key working procedure of the transformer in leaving factory measurement.This paper describes the mechanism and the realization schemes of the integrated measurement system controlled by microcomputer which aiming at the falling behind of the testing system of the Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Works in existence.Aiming at the characteristics of the blast furnace and oil pump which are the tested load object, it adopts two-meter-method to measure three-phase deriving power and uses AT89C52 and solid state relay(SSR) as the main controller and switch. The hardware design adopts one safe method which contains the detach of high voltage and low voltage, the detach of controlling and testing operation. It gives pass current pass voltage and pass heat protection to SSR, also gives figure wave filtration photoeletricity separate and shield to signals. The software design adopts the startup of voltage declining electric machines and rollback relay electric machineries. It gives pass current and pass voltage software protection and warning by sound and light. It uses high-speed A/D transform in digital sampling and times accumulate to seek equal value arithmetic, and the digital displays & reports are in step.After the analyzing the experiment data and through experts comment, this test rack could enhance the efficiency, lower the labor intensity and sufficiently protect the operator and the apparatus, so it could says the design had achieved the project's demand.In the end of the thesis, the author views the direction of the product's improvement and development is digital test rack based on the technology of the network communication. |
