The Research On Calibration Technology Of Environmental Factor

Aiming at the severe characteristic of the environment in weapon dynamic measurement,with the request of the new concept dynamic test ,in this paper studies the change degree of pressure transducer influenced by environment in the system of measurement ,and analyzes the research method of calibration technology of environmental factor .And measurement devices has been established including high-temperature/ low-temperature and high-shock environment and so on to simulate the similar condition with the practical condition. The calibration experiments have been done some times. In practical measurement system,it need put transducer and measurement system in tested environment,and endure the same severe condition as the tested environment.。In order to eliminate or reduce the environmental influence on measurement devices, a calibration system should be set up to simulate the environment and provide for data correction.As an example of environmental factor study, in this paper presents a physical model for SYC-10000 high-pressure transducer, analyzes the factors affecting its sensitivity with temperature. The calibrating equation for low temperature and high temperature is obtained by using a calibration system which utilizes nitrogen as the actuating medium and input oil to compress nitrogen to obtain the request pressure .As another example, in this paper presents the mathematical model of a shock load for SYC-10000 high-pressure transducer. The mathematical model is obtained by using a shock test instrument in the state of transducers being imposed a pressure. The correcting method of the shock effect is given. The calibration of environmental factor is a kind of novel concept, can open up a kind of effective research field and method for the dynamic test theory, it has actual using value.
