| Through kinetic analysis on system, configuration of the number of drive ring boards in different drive condition has been gotten out. In dual drive, continuous transmission of motion in single-phase mechanism can be realized. In single drive, asymmetric two phase parallel mechanism or symmetric three or four phase mechanism.Three-Ring Drive takes parallel three phase double crank mechanism as input mechanism, which has redundant restraints and belongs to statically indeterminate structure. Conditions of static balance and the equations are adopted in force analysis of statically indeterminate structure. In this thesis, the equations have been set up through treating bearings of rocker arm as elastic component.According to loads block method and mechanical superposition principle which are used to deal with statically indeterminate problem in structural mechanics, construction of Three-Ring Drive is divided into linear superposition of two substructures which have independent balance force system, then the general force model is set up, force and dynamic analysis of bearings of rocker arm and box body is completely performed;Through comparison of dynamic analysis in different drive type and parameter, design guidelines of this drive type have been arrived at, namely standard type of Three-Ring Drive is suitable to adopt dual drive and biasing type single drive;With the tool of Visual Basic 6.0, the visual software system of Three-ring Drive has been achieved through programming on the Windows platform. |
