Mass Customization, the new manufacture mode, is choosed first by enterprises nowadays in the fast changing market.Collecting the requirement information of mass customization exactly and in time to forcasting the changing of market is the crucial factor to win in market competition.Because of its superiority in time and space, net-based mass customize requirement information collect method can challenge and take place the traditional customer requirement collecting methods. On the basis of consumer's behaviouristics, human-computer interaction theory, by the technology of web database and web3d, the theory and methods of the colleting of customer requirement of mass customization product design are studied. A net-based mass customization customer requirement collecting method is introduced, and a prototype system is developed. The main work in this thesis includes the following several aspects1. Based on the different significance of the items that customers pay attention to during the customers' decision-making process, a sequence of requirement collecting is made which is collecting the product function, form and color in order.2. In the research of function requirement collecting theory,to keep all the customers feel at home in the collecting process,no matter how much professional knowledge he have, a case-based function requirement information collecting method is put forward.3. Based on web virtual reality technologies, the collecting method of the requirement of product form and color is researched. In the end, by performing the collection of net-based mass customization design requirement with the example of cellphone, the correctness of the theory and the feasibility of the prototype system are validated.
