With the sharp development of reform and opening-up, the improvement of the living standards of the people, the car has come into the huge numbers of families as a kind of means of transportation. As the quantity increase of the car, parking problems in cities become urgent problems to be solved. According to domestic whole situation, our parking facilities exist a lot of problems in overall plan and space design, which do not suit with the potential high-quality pursuit to the public space.
