Urban Central Business District Parking Space Optimization Design Resesrch

With the rapid development of economy in our country, the car in the city’s popularity has become a reality. Car can meet the needs of the people shopping trip, leading to increasingly inclined to choose leisure shopping, in the form of driving as a result, the pros and cons of the central business district parking space in a certain extent, to determine whether people here to shopping. Parking space as an important part of urban central business district, influence on the urban economy and people’s life quality is obvious. Domestic most of the central business district, however, the present situation of the existing parking Spaces with people gradually enhanced the demand for parking Spaces, parking people cannot bring good feelings, all sorts of not to be solve the parking problem of the central business district accumulate gradually, severely ha mpered the sustainable development of the central business district. How to solve the parking problem of the central business district, parking space, optimization of the central business district has become the urgent task of the current urban constructio n.This article is divided into five parts.Chapter 1, introduction, introduces topic background, this paper put forward the purpose and significance of research, the research status of parking Spaces in the central business district area at home and abr oad, and research content and methods of the thesis.Chapter 2, the concept of the urban central business district and the parking space, and the traffic environment in the central business district, parking space planning situation and types are analyzed and discussed. On this basis, the induction summarizes the main problems facing the urban commercial central area parking space in China.Chapter 3, we studied the main factors influencing the design of parking Spaces, parking space design elements and design principles, based on the discussion above method for the optimization design of parking Spaces.Chapter 4, based on field investigation of the red flag street, central business district of changchun city to analyze the current situation of regional parking Spaces, and distribute the survey questionnaire, aiming at the existing problem of red flag street parking Spaces concrete, specific parking space optimization measures are put forward.Finally, the paper studies conclude, urban central business d istrict for parking space optimization design research.
