Study On The Spatial Growth Of The Layout In University Campus

21 century is a era that is filled with the opportunities and challenges. With the approach of the information society and the knowledge-based economy ages, there are profound influences in the production, the life and the mode of thinkings. For the lifelong education thought was put forward, the education for all-round development became important. The change of the teaching method, the logistics socialization of the university, the popularity of higher education , the opening of the university education , the internationalization of education ... etc., all of these indicate that the higher education also enter an unprecedented development stage. At the same time, under the guide of strategic thought that" science and education make a country strong", the construction work of the university is getting on like a raging fire and the university campus construction enters a new high tide.The university campus planning is a dynamic and long-term process. Today all of the traditional and famous universities have been developing for several hundred years. Even a modern lately- established university also has its own growth. How to face the predictability and variety of change, which come into being with the development of society, economy, technique and education. How to make the university campus grows stretchable under the guiding of planning and design. All of these are the main purposes of this paper.On the basic of completely analyzing various factors which affect the university campus space layout and in allusion to the development of the university campus space layout This paper inquiry into the theory of growth ,carry on the more thorough analysis on it ,tally up the model of growth and the growth mode of the university campus space of our country, at the same time ,carry on the detailed research to the composing factors that the university campus space set up and put forward to the suggestion of design. At last, the combination of the theories and the practice is achieved through my planning and design experience on "the spatial layout of Inner Mongolia science and technology university campus" which I has participated in over a long period of time...
