Study On The Space Model Of City Multiplex Cinema Under New Project Pattern

With the rise of living standard, economic development and social enrichment cultural life, many traditional cinemas acting as a media of entertainment, are now old. With only one function in space, structure and simple services, they can not meet the comprehensive needs of movie goers. Thus new multiplex, screening and comprehensive entertainment functions has arouse.The thesis takes multiplex as it's objects of study. Based on the collection and analysis of the multiplex, the thesis summarizes the specially of the city multiplex cinema in special form and located many problems on itThe whole work consists of seven chapters. The content of first chapter consists of the study background, significance, relative study level. The content of second chapter consists of the bom and developing history of the multiplex in abroad and the forecast of the multiplex's development in the future, and expounds the multiplexes of china at present. The content of third chapter consists of the space model, the design of the internal and external space of the multiplex and refer to other factors that influence multiplex design. The 4th and 5th chapter are the essential of the thesis, focusing on the both space factor and space combination model. Combined with the study cases, these two chapters provide the vivid demonstration to the previous description of the cinema space shape. The sixth chapter put forward the modification model and design principle for improve and expansion in the old cinemas.
