The public library is the indispensable cultural organization in modern civilization, spreading all over the world and becoming the criterion to evaluate the civilization degree of a city or region.The library building is one of the types which are very close to the information technique. The function of the public library and the used mode take great place, alongside the information age's arrival and application of digital technology. And the key functions of the public library had changed from knowledge and information storage to information communication even manufacture. Consequently, the public library had increasingly become a best place, where people enjoying themselves.
