Project is important for construction enterprise, which can bring profit and praise. But the history of project management is no more than twenty years. in China With the development of building, the project management will play a more and more important role.In the paper, firstly, the author introduces the background of project management and studies the application and development of project management in China briefly; Secondly, according to the author owns practice experiences, existent problems in the course of project management are analyzed, some good methods are suggested from different angles of view, such as pace, quality and cost. Based on the ahead research, production factors management is discussed.
