Practice And Study Of Engineering Construction Management

The profit of engineering construction enterprise shall mainly come from the engineering construction itself. And the construction project is the brand carrier of the construction enterprise. The level of project construction management not only has impact on the profit and brand of enterprise, but also affects directly the market share and extension of enterprise. The scale of engineering construction enterprise is developing quickly with the development of national economics, increasing of investment continuously and spreading of construction marketing. However, the level of project construction management has not been improved accordingly. Therefore, there are more and more visible problems existed in the project construction management.Based on the history of project construction management and practice of the writers with over ten years of his project management experience, this article focuses on such four aspects of target management as engineering bidding & tendering, construction schedule management , quality and cost management , and analyses the problems during the construction and finally put forward the ways to resolve the problems. In addition, the article discusses the factors management to the four control target.
