The Study On The Evaluation System Of City Road Skeleton In Middle And Small Cities

Our country is being in an accelerating process of urbanization, huge challenge such as city traffic problem is accompanying with the urbanization. The dissertation is based on research in the skeleton structure of domestic and overseas urban roads, setting out from influence factors of urban road skeleton system, then using principle and methodology of systematic engineering to analyses the quota structure, the HAP will be used to construct the evaluation quota system as well. Finally the methods of fuzzy mathematics will be presented to appraise the result.In the part of theory study, the first step is making definition for the planning content and the planning focal point of urban road skeleton structure system. Secondly, the paper will analyses influence factors, which reflect each side of science about urban road skeleton structure system. Finally explaining why the society, economy, and environment are the key influence factors to a city' s healthily development. This part of theory study supplies the theoretic supporting to build up the evaluation system of road skeleton structure system.In the part of methodology study, the paper will analyses the skeleton structure system from the view of planner and management, using the method of dendrogram decomposes the appraised objective to the objective layer, the norm layer, the essential factor layer, and quota factor layer. Selecting 15 evaluation quotas, then divide into four grades. Finally synthetical evaluation method of FUZZY will be used to synthesize the each quota, then make a conclusion.In the part of demonstration study, a city named Pucheng will be sampled. Using the HAP and FUZZY to analyses and evaluate, then make the optimization tactics. The conclusion is: It is a complicated process to establish the urban master planning, with multi-objectives, and with various district characters in our country.
