The research theme of this dissertation is dynamic characteristic of tractive elevator. Under the support of the project of Production-Study-Research of Hangzhou City, the research actively absorbs the original thoughts, new theories and technologies of correlative subjects and combines theoretical study with computer simulation and experimentation. Dynamics models of vertical direction and horizontal direction for tractive elevator are established. And the simulation software platform of dynamic characteristic for tractive elevator is developed, which is used to simulate dynamic characteristic of tractive elevator, and to analyze the vary law of dynamic characteristic of tractive elevator when its parameters changed. Finally, experimental modal analysis and vibration reducing technology of an elevator are researched based on the simulation results.In chapter 1, the background and significance of the dissertation are introduced, the development trend and the current research situation of dynamic characteristic of elevators in the world are expatiated, and the main research contents of this dissertation are proposed.In chapter 2, based on the analysis of the structure and vertical vibration mechanism of elevators, a 9-degree-of-freedom dynamics model of vertical direction for tractive elevators is established by simplifying the physics model reasonably. Regarding a tractive elevator as example, according to the drawing and measurement of its parts, and computing with Pro/E software and so on, its dynamic parameters are obtained, which are used to analyze vertical direction vibration of elevators with Matlab.In chapter 3, based on the structure and horizontal vibration mechanism of elevators, a 5-degree-of-freedom dynamic model of horizontal direction for tractive elevators is established. Regarding a tractive elevator as example, according to the drawing and measurement of its parts, and computing with Ansys, its dynamic parameters are obtained, which are used in analysis of horizontal direction vibration with Matlab.In chapter 4, after analyzing the principal of modal, harmonic response and transient response ,six kinds of different computing methods are designed.In chapter 5, based on the computing module, an simulation software platform of dynamic characteristic for tractive elevator is developed, which is used to analyze modal, harmonic response and transient response of tractive elevator in different conditions. Furthermore, some laws of dynamic characteristic of tractive elevators with the key parameters of an elevator changing and some important conclusions are drawn out.In chapter 6, under the instruction of simulation results, the modal experiment and vibration reduction for tractive elevators are performed.
