| TOU pricing is an important DSM method, which could stimulate and encourage the consumers to change the consumption behaviors and achieve the purpose of clipping the peak load to fill the valley load and changing the load curve. In this paper, regression analysis theory of statistics is adopted to fit consumer response curves based on investigations on different users'reactions to electricity price. A TOU pricing model is established based on the social/regional integrated response curve. A DSM TOU Pricing Program is written using Visual Basic language, calculating out the optimal Scheme of time-of-use tariffs with the different DSM objects, demonstrating the results of clipping the peak load to fill the valley load and changing the load curve, which proves the feasibility and validity of the method. |
