Analysis Of Safety On High-speed Rail Dispatching System

In recent years,the high-speed railway in our country is developing rapidly.It plays a more and more important role in people's travel.At the same time,due to the high speed and high density of operation organization and other widely involved factors,there is a huge challenge to ensure the security of high-speed railway operation.High speed railway dispatching system as the central organization of high-speed railway,has the duty for train operation and organizing the daily production activities.High-speed rail can't be normal and safe operation without the stability of the high speed railway dispatching system.High speed railway dispatching system is composed with many levels and subsystems.Its internal structure is very complicated.To ensure the stable of the system,the security analysis is needed to understand the security vulnerabilities in the system,and then wipe out the security hidden danger,eventually achieve the goal of improve system safety.Therefore,the demand and the characteristics of high speed railway dispatching system is analyzed.And based on it,considering the actual situation,with the application of the theory of safety evaluation,using management oversight and risk tree(MORT),combined with analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the safety evaluation system for analyzing high-speed rail dispatching system is established.And then lanzhou west railway station was took as an example for practical application.This paper research content mainly includes:(1)Combined with the requirement of high speed railway,demands and characteristics of high speed railway dispatching system is analyzed,and its structure and command mode is summarized.And the summary of relevant safety analysis theory is showed.(2)According to the characteristics of the MORT and the requirement of high speed railway dispatching system safety analysis,the feasibility of using MORT is analyzed the analysis.And using AHP to calculate the calibration of index weight is confirmed.(3)Considering personnel,equipment,environment and management factors,the safety of high speed railway dispatching system is analyzed,and the evaluation module is built.On this basis,the MORT method is applied to establish the safety evaluation system for high speed railway dispatching system.(4)Taking lanzhou west railway station as an example and combined with MORT,safety the evaluation index system is constructed.And AHP is applied to calculate the weight of each evaluation index.By statistics of expert scoring,the comprehensive evaluation of lanzhou west railway station dispatching system is got,and furthermore some suggestions according to the evaluation results is put forward.
