| With the development of the urban mass transit, the overhead rigid suspension catenary begins to find application in the metro as a result of the limitations of the tunnel cross-section area. In China, however, the research on the overhead rigid suspension catenary is still at the starting stage. Based on the above state and given the things happening in practice, this thesis has studied the vibration characteristics of the overhead rigid suspension catenary by means of the inspect data and abstract numeration. The thesis starts with introducing the technology of the rigid suspension of overhead contact system, which is followed by a comparison between the rigid system and the catenary one. The rigid conductor line system features a simple structure and easy maintenance and can also save the tunnel construction costs. Next, it puts forwards the concept of the unevenness of the rigid suspension of overhead contact system and the power spectrum density (PSD) of the unevenness. According to the amplitude statistic made by the inspect data, it obtains the relationship between the uneven wavelength of the rigid suspension of overhead contact system and contact loss. Then, considering the vibration of transverse and longitudinal, relevant modals have been established and analyzed. Two models for coupled vibration of transverse have been derived from the D'Alembert's principle and the hypothesis of Euler-Bernulli beam, namely, moving mass model and two-degree-of freedom pantograph model. In addition, the method of Newmark is used to simulate and numerate the vibration characteristics of the rigid suspension of overhead contact system and to compare the dynamic vibration characteristics at different speeds and different spans. Subsequently, the ANSYS software is utilized to establish the limited element-analyzing mode of the overhead rigid suspension catenary, carry out the mode analyzing and solve the inherent frequency, which proves correct by comparison with the foregoing calculated result. The contact force of the inspect data collected from the No.2 line of the Guangzhou metro is adopted to simulate the moving load on the overhead rigid suspension catenary, on the grounds of which the thesis proposes that such factors as speed, span and so on have an effect on the vibration characteristics. The result has been analyzed and compared with the foregoing calculated one. Finally, the limited element-analyzing mode of pantograph and overhead rigid suspension catenary has been established and the couple of... |
