This subject is one of sub-item of some project from Beijing aeronautical manufacturing technology research institute; the main purpose is to realize the project analysis to SX2190E frame; the analysis result provides the foundational intensity performance data for repacking and design of whole car-mounted platform. In this paper, the parametric concept is introduced, and a parameterized FEA program based on parametric design language APDL is developed, of which the feasibility has been validated. The program consists of the structure parameter module of SX2190E frame, load calculation program module, each structure's FEA modeling function module, analyzing and processing program and trailing treatment program module, which is mainly used to perform stress and strain analysis of SX2190E frame under seven typical operating modes. Finally, a quite complete analysis result is obtained, and seven kinds of operating modes among them include: high speed, acceleration, deceleration, turn, incline, climbing and comprehensive operating mode.In addition, the natural frequency and motive force responding to the car-mounted platform have serious influence on systematic mechanics performance. So, in the paper, the further analysis about natural frequency and shaking type of the frame has been done. However low steps vibration exert a great influence on motive force of the structure, and only the first ten steps of natural frequency and shaking type of the frame have been analyzed.Comparing with the expert's result of calculation, the finite element analysis program of the whole structure of SX2190E frame which developed on ANSYS platform has proved successful; the analysis result gives significant direction for car-mounted platform repacking design and follow-up work and has certain impetuses for the seriation and practicability of equipment in the future.
