The Study Of Enterprise Application Integration For Manufacturing Business Process

According to the project of National 863 Plan of China—Small and Mid-Size Manufacturing Enterprise Informationization Oriented Integration System Development and Implementation, based on the actuality and characteristic of Chinese small and mid-size manufacturing enterprise information, combined enterprise representative business processes and practical project application, the manufacturing process oriented enterprise application system integration is studied to solve the process integration problems. From the enterprise practical working point, put the study emphasis on what are the main compositions of the integration analysis system and the using techniques, and design the solution for process oriented enterprise application integration.In the first chapter, the producing, conception, research status and faced challenges of Enterprise Application Integration are discussed. With the overview of producing, needs and developing level model of Process Oriented Enterprise Application Integration, especially the concept of process integration, the problems that should be solved for process integration are suggested. Based on the above, the meaning, objective and main work of the paper are presented.Chapter two discusses what are enterprise typical business processes and their relationships, and applies SCOR model to describe enterprise practical working processes and analyze the process integration requirements. Study the IT systems' supporting to the enterprise typical business processes, and the functions and integrate applications of common IT systems, such as CAX, PDM, ERP, SCM, CRM etc. Furthermore, establish process integration oriented Enterprise Application System Capability Maturity Model to assist the judgement of integration requirements and the raise of integrate solution.Chapter three defines what is integrate point, founds the determinant model and discusses the steps for integrate point determining. Then do the process integration analysis in a practical project, and based on how to fix on the integrate methods, discuss the contents and effects of the integration. In the end, combined the study of process integration, a solution of Business Process Oriented Enterprise Application Integration is set up.In the forth chapter, according to the study of process integration and the requirements of practical application, the data integration methods and techniques are discussed. Furthermore, the data transform and integrate application is composed, and the use of the tool in process integration project is introduced.The last chapter summarizes the study contents of the paper, and introduces the achievements and features of the paper. Also the future research work is suggested.
