Research On Reliability Analysis And Test System Of Submersible Pumps

In this dissertation, the model QDX1.5-17-0.37T submerged pump was taken as the object, the reliability of submerged pump was deeply analyzed, the test methods were studied carefully and the test system was developed.Firstly, briefly stated the developing history and current situation of Reliability Engineering domestic and abroad, introduced the Reliability Test Methods and developing trends. Moreover, the existing problems on failure diagnosis and failure prediction of submerged pump, which are key technique of the reliability test system, and the reliability research on submerged pump were presented.Secondly, using the FMECA(Failure Mode, Effect and Criticality Analysis) tools, analyzed the reliability of submerged pump, the reliability model has been built, the significant part, crucial component and weakest segment has been identified, laid a foundation for submerged pump's failure mechanism analysis and test plans.Thirdly, according to the material and structure, proceed the failure physics analysis of the reliability weakest component, found out the failure mechanism and main related working and environmental stresses, laid a foundation for further test methods selection.Fourthly, compared all the test methods, and found out the most suitable method and devices.Fifthly, the whole test system has been designed and developed, the schematic diagram of the hardware and the block diagram of the software been attained, the operation principle and critical technology of the test equipment has been illuminated.Looking back on the design and manufacture of the model machine, introduced the existing function and the testing situation, analyzed the test data and give some suggestions for later improvement.Eventually, gave a conclusion to research content of the entire dissertation, and proposed the further research content of the reliability test and analysis of submerged pumps, and the research direction of this project.
