| With the improvement of SCM and the accuracy of application, it's necessary to divide program into many important task respectively. It distributes CPU time and system resource in each task efficiently, at the same time, we must realize real-time functionality and reliability of system. It's important to choose high-powered Real Time Operartion System (RTOS) Kernel which shortens the empolder period of product and enhances productive efficiency. However, the spread of the concept of Internet is causing the demand of integration of SCM and Internet. For this reason, in this paper the scheme to realize Embedded Internet in SCM system is researched.The first part of the thesis describes the general development Embedded System and RTOS. In the following, the transplant of μC/OS— II on enhanced 8051 compatible microcontroller W78E516B is described in detail. This mentioned OS is the base of realization of multi-task/user support on the embedded TCP/IP protocol stack.Second part introduces systematic design and realization of Ethernet scheme of μC/OS— II in detail. Firstly, the realization of the control module of Ehternet interface and network card is introduced. And then embedded TCP/IP protocol stack uIP is introduced, mainly including a detailed analysis of some standard Internet protocols like Ethernet, ARP, IP, TCP and ICMP. Finally, the realization of Net interface design is given in RTOS.The third part of this paper, the application of Embedded RTOS is introduced. For one thing, Hypertext transfer protocol HTTP is described in detail, and a method to realize Embedded WEB Server in SCM system is given. And then the application of data collection is introduced in detail. The hardware design and realized scheme of Server/Client software is given.The last part of paper summarizes the design of the system.
