Design And Building Of Relay Protection Management Information System Based On Web

In this paper the mode of Multi-tier Distributed Application Services Suite is studied, which is used in the implementation of enterprise information system based on Internet/Intranet technology. Guided by this mode, we developed Relay Protection Management Information System, which integrates Client/Server and Browser/Server. In this paper, some information management is divided into four layers, data layer, business layer, browser layer and user layer. And how to develop the distributed application with Delphi is proposed. Also, this paper discusses several methods for Microsoft Internet Information Server access databases that are located on the net.
