Development Of Computer Aided Process Planning System Oriented Production Management

It is an urgent task for national defence industry to develop manufacturing technology of national defence in a more cost-effective manner and product the most advanced weapon equipment. As a result of various type tasks being developed in CAC, quick development of airplanes is needed wistfully to realize. The system of computer-aided process planning information is an important hinge to connect design to produce. And researching on CAPP can promote the ability of enterprise fast reaction as well as the ability of market competition.Computer aided process planning information disposal system oriented production management is required not only to use computer to conduct the process planning of the complicated product, but also to integrate functions such as process management of process planning, process information resource management and construct an information integrated platform to exchange and share information with Product Data Management (PDM) system and Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) system.The paper studies and sets up the relevant technology of computer aided process planning system oriented production management based on network information management system of CAC standard part company with the background of the process information platform uniformly constructed by Cheng Fei Company. The main achievements and creative ideas in this paper are as follows:(1) The whole structure and function modal of CAPP system oriented production management are built. According to the demands of CAPP system for productionmanagement system, the interaction between the process system and production management system is researched. Designs the business procedure and data procedure of CAPP system, puts forward the scheme that they share the information each other, designs the data interface between the process system and production management system. The CAPP system, built in the paper, can not only finish the daily work of process design, but also offer the data that the production management system requires and benefit of the arrangement and managing of the production schedule.(2) Discusses the technology of data accessing in the system, puts forward the system structure, which combines C/S with B/S mode that bases on Web technology. CIS structure provides service in the workshop, and B/S structure provides service for the other cooperative department in our company.(3) The resource management and the process management are integrated in CAPP system, the structured data is adopted in order to provide the convenience of process plan management and insure the accuracy, identity and integration of process data, the design and information management for the process plan is integrated.(4) The fabrication order (PO) can be printed directly in workshop section in the CAPP system that built in the paper, at the same time, the cost of material and man-hour and the device can be queried in work place in time, which improves the management functions of the workshop section, makes the workshop hierarchical more flatly, and improves the efficiency of management(5) the operation mode of the CAPP system that built in the paper provides the practicability of CAPP, and utilizes the experience and knowledge of process designers fully, the technological rules can be searched and repeated to use through considering the similarity of the process plan of the standard component, the efficiency of technological design and the capability of standardization is improved. The function of data statistic is realized in CAPP system, builds the dynamic database for the heat treatment, the surface treatment, the nondestructive detect and the fixture information of the standard component, obtains the various statistics information and the transfer bill of process plan by the type of airport, solves question that is brought by status change frequently because of the schedule change. (6) On the basis of the research above, develops CAPP System Oriented ProductionManagement and applies it to the standard part company successfully, the design and information management for the process plan is integrated and the process plan information management and manufacturing management is integrated overall, the validity and the practicability of ideas in the paper is validated.
