| CAD has been used in most enterprises at the first few years of 21st century, however, the development of CAPP (Computer Aided Process Planning) system is lagged behind resulting from the complexity of process planning. Along with CIMS technique expanding application in the manufacturing enterprise, CAPP as a key link in CIMS bring upped with applicability more and more high request, It is particularly the case in medium and small enterprises, of which the manufacture is dynamic. At present, the development of CAPP software follows the stereotype of developing special systems for a single enterprise. Every time, the development of CAPP must be started from the very beginning, which causes share development, long period, and high cost therefore, the system has poor currency and extensibility, which baffles the generalization and application of CAPP system at a large degree. To solve these problems, this thesis presents general idea of customized CAPM(Computer Aided Process Management) system technology and process design and management examples of a stamping parts manufacturing plant, and makes research in this aspect.According to the application of CAPP systems in domestic and foreign enterprises, their Demands of customized CAPP functions are analyzed and a customized CAPM frame which embodies the idea of customized CAPP was developed,it has realized the system information model, function model, flexible logic decision. The problem of applicability of CAPP system is well solved.This thesis also discusses the general design idea and process design and management examples of a stamping parts manufacturing plant, the implementation technology such as format division of process cards, process data structure, process template management are also introduced.A system based on the aspect of customization is introduced at the last of the thesis and a special CAPM system for Midea company was build, which has applied to practical and achieved marked results. |
