The System Of Crankshaft Design Based On Pro/E's Exploitation Deep

In this paper, the software Pro/Engineer popularly in using is integrated with the design of crankshaft, the crankshaft is located in the gasoline engine of four cylinders in line. The system of crankshaft design based on Pro/E's exploitation deep is finished.Firstly, the survey and several key technique of Pro/E'exploitation are introduced,includ-ing in Pro/TOOLKIT interface,menu design technique and applying,building 3 dimension model of the crankshaft,making drawings and controlling and UI dialog box etc.Then, the basic theories of design the crankshaft and the interrelated content of the round intensity checking are introduced. Moreover, the material of the crankshaft, the shape of the winch arm, counterweight configuring and the disposal of oil road are considered roundly. Finally, the exploitation thought, the function and the using means of the crankshaft design system are dissertated in detail.The system basing on the software of Pro/E and the theories and requests of crankshaft design, the soft of VC++6.0 is as a tool, the Pro/TOOLKIT is as a mean, so Pro/E, Pro/TOOLKIT and MFC can communicate by DLL. The system consists of calculating of design, parameterized design, intensity checking of round, outputting of drawings and database. On the basis of 3 dimension model and the sizing pictures, the user can realize his design thought intuitionisticly, to save more time and energy and enhance the design efficiency.Look ahead the development of CAD, Pro/E's exploitation deep is integrated with the design of parts and assembly in automobile to design a soft of our country. Depended on that, our automobile design industry can grow quickly. So, we need try hard to study intensively.
