Matrix-Converter is a new type of electric power converter, it can realize the transform from AC to AC straightway. Compare to the traditional electric power converter, it has many strongpoint, such as: it can dynamic respond rapidly, it has no harmonious pollution, parameters such as the frequency and the voltage proportion can be regulated absolutely. With the rapid development of the micro-electronic technology and the electric power-electronics technology, the Matrix-Converter has been the hotspot of the research of the electric power converter.In this article I study the transform theory of the 33 Matrix-Converter firstly. Find out the switch-function of the 33 Matrix-Converter, and with the use of the MATLAB, I resemble the 33 Matrix-Converter, prove the function of the Matrix-Converter and the correctness of the switch-function. Then I study some pivotal techniques of the Matrix-Converter such as transform current and maneuver of the control. Recommend some kinds of the transform current and maneuver of the control and compare some kinds of the transform current and maneuver of the control. In this article I also study the omnipotence transform ability of the Matrix-Converter. Emphases study the AC-DC converter that transform from the 33 Matrix-Converter and resemble the AC-DC converter, prove the feasibility of the AC-DC converter. And recommend the single-phase to single-phase Converter and single-phase to three-phase Converter that transform from the Matrix-Converter. In this article, we realize the hardware of the basal cell of the 33 Matrix-Converter: three-phase to single-phase Converter. The realization of the hardware can be divided into two parts: control part and power part. Control part can produce single of switch according to the parameter. Power part is the main body of the three-phase to single-phase Converter, it transform the three-phase electrical source to single-phase electrical source according to the single from the control part.
