Based on auto-disturbance-rejection controller and the mathematical model of the brushless DC motor, the simulation modeling of brushless DC motor control system has been set up with S-function in simulink. Auto-disturbance-rejection controller is mainly composed of the following three parts: tracking differentiator, extended state observer and non-linear PID. Through obtaining tracking signal and corresponding differentiator signal, tracking differentiator has the better performance of refraining noise; Extended state observer is the core part of auto-disturbance-rejection controller, performing the feedback linearization, which may instantly convert the indefinite non-linear system into integrator series structure system; non-linear state error feedback control law in essential is equal to non-linear PD. This paper, in terms of fundamental principle, discrete algorithm and simulation example, elaborates the auto-disturbance-rejection algorithm, applying the control algorithm of having better adaptability and robustness to brushless DC motor mathematical modeling, the novel method of the three-phase time-variable reuse of brushless DC motor system simulation modeling has been proposed. In Matlab/Simulink, isolated functional block, for instance, BLDCM body block (phase-voltage phase-current computation block), magnet torque computation block, rotator position computation block, logic switch computation block, has been built By the organic combination of these blocks, the simulation model of brushless DC motor system has been established easily. The back EMF is generated using piecewise linear curves. The validity of the method has been testified by the simulation results and this novel method offers a new thought for designing actual motors.
