Nowadays Environmental problems and Energy problems have been increasingly severe,under this circumstance, electric vehicle has been the research focus all over the world. One of the key problems to be settled for the electric vehicle is the motor and its control technology. BLDC motor has become the preferred driving motor of electric vehicle because of its excellent control performance and output performance, Therefore, the study of BLDC motor control system has greatly theory meaning and practice value.Based on researching vast literatures about the development and application research of BLDC motor control system development, this paper studies the sensor BLDC motor using DSP, which adopts the TMS320F2812 chip as the control core and the BLDC motor as the control object.Firstly, this paper conductes a study of the structure and components,basic running principle,speeding method and mathematical model of BLDCM, Then building the BLDCM mathematical model with the Matlab software and using PID algorithm to carry a simulation study. The simulation result show that the system's running is stable.Secondly, according to the system's requirements and characteristic of the motor and DSP chip, the design scheme of BLDC motor's two closed-loop control system has been presented, based on which, the hardware and software have been projected separately. On the hardware part, the system scheme is designed based on the motor control requirements, then is the main circuit part including power supply circuit, current detection circuit, location detection circuit,drive circuit and protection circuit. However, the software part consists of module softwares such as main programe, initialization programe and interruption programe, which are compiled by assembly language under CCS according to the adopted control strategy.Finally, Experimental research is made on the experiment worktable, and gained the current and rotate speed undulance, the result is perfect indicating the rational design and reliable performance. The paper is ended with summary and further view on this study.
